The seller claimed more than 10,000 devices on a company with alleged annual revenue above $50 billion and offered the access for $10,000. This catalog name is the access-broker persona. It is not Microsoft's retired TECHNETIUM chemical-element label (now Taffeta Typhoon / APT26 / Turbine Panda).
