About NoName057(16).
NoName057(16) is a pro-Russia hacktivist group active since at least March 2022 that has conducted frequent distributed denial-of-service attacks against government and private-sector entities in NATO member states and other European countries. CISA reports that the group used the proprietary DDoSia tool. CISA assesses a CISM role in the group's creation and support, but the reviewed sources do not establish a direct Russian-government attribution for this actor.
