Winter Vivern is an advanced persistent threat, also known as UAC-0114, linked since 2021 to attacks targeting government figures in India, Lithuania, Slovakia, and the Vatican. CERT-UA reported a malware campaign aimed at state authorities in Poland and Ukraine; the group has also targeted commercial enterprises, notably telecoms organizations supporting Ukraine.
