A China-linked threat actor active since at least January 2024, skilled at manipulating cloud services for basic exfiltration and targeting cloud service provider (CSP) accounts to expand access and establish fallback persistent mechanisms. They conduct high-volume operations targeting financial services, media, telecommunications, and technology sectors across 11 countries, with the goal of enabling future intelligence-collection.
